Our flooring is made from the same durable chemical resistant rubber using the same vulcanization method as automotive tire production. And since we compound our own rubber, we design the compound a little softer and add a chemical odor mask to eliminate any nuisance odor in the end product. So, you can enjoy the beneficial characteristics of a durable real rubber floor product for years without the rubber smell! The surface is a "pebble" design which is non-oriented, meaning any side can fit on any adjacent side and blend together. These floor tiles are waterjet cut on the perimeter after curing and cooling to assemble easily and fit together tightly and beautifully. The mats are trimmed easily with a utility knife to fit any floor dimension, eliminating the need for special corner and edge pieces.
